Enroll in the FSA and/or DCAP
State agency, higher education or community and technical college employees may enroll in the FSA or DCAP at the following times:
- During PEBB’s annual open enrollment -- go to www.pebb.flex-plan.com. You must enroll no later than November 30, 2013 to enroll in this benefit for the 2014 plan year.
- New! Employees with a same-sex spouse have a special open enrollment opportunity for the FSA through November 14, 2013. Find out more.
- When you become eligible for PEBB benefits -- You must enroll no later than 31 days after the date you become eligible for PEBB benefits. Use this FSA/DCAP Enrollment Form to enroll for the final months of 2013 and submit it as instructed on the form.
- During the plan year -- If you or an eligible family member has a qualifying change in status that creates a special open enrollment. You must submit your request to enroll no later than 60 days after the event that created the special open enrollment
Note: You cannot enroll in a PEBB consumer-directed health plan with an HSA and an FSA at the same time.
